We hired Whale Roofing to repair a leak in our tile roof in Delray Beach, and I can't recommend them enough. After collecting quotes from several companies in the area, Whale stood out from the very first visit: they were the only company that actually got into the attic to inspect the problem from the inside, instead of just looking at the roof from above.
That thoroughness showed in everything they did. They found the real cause of the leak — a failed gooseneck vent — explained every detail before quoting, and gave us the most reasonable price we received, by a good margin. And the price they quoted is the price we paid: no extras, no surprises, no upsell, even though the job included replacing rotted wood.
Afterwards, Jacob, their VP, personally walked me through every item they had done. Honest diagnosis, fair price, quality work, and a company that stands behind every word: if you have a roof leak in South Florida, make sure Whale is one of the companies you call.

Whale Roofing went over and above on our roofing project. They were knowledgeable, efficient and detail oriented. Jacob, the supervisor on the job, deserves a 20 out of 10. He was beyond great. I recommend this company with the highest regard. And I am fussy!
