We had a great experience with Whale Roofing from start to finish. David came out to look at our home, went over the quote with us, and was quick to answer every question. He also helped us choose our tile. Everything went smoothly once planning got underway, including permits and the HOA approval, and the team kept us updated the whole time.
The tear-off crew worked fast and left things tidy. Every crew cleaned up after themselves and hauled away debris, so our yard stayed clean. Whenever we had a question, Jacob and Derek were available and professional.
Roof was completed beautifully and inspections and permits completed and closed.
We got pictures of the whole process from start to finish.

From start to finish, the entire team at Whale was exceptional. We hired Whale Roofing to repair a leak in our tile roof in Delray Beach, and I can't recommend them enough. After collecting quotes from several companies in the area, Whale stood out from the very first visit: they were the only company that actually got into the attic to inspect the problem from the inside, instead of just looking at the roof from above.

That thoroughness showed in everything they did. They found the real cause of the leak — a failed gooseneck vent — explained every detail before quoting, and gave us the most reasonable price we received, by a good margin. And the price they quoted is the price we paid: no extras, no surprises, no upsell, even though the job included replacing rotted wood.
